THE BENEFITS
1. After the completion of the training, a movie shall be shot where all participants, alongside other veterans, will actively partake at all stages of the production. 

2. The above movie shall be marketed by a prominent marketer and thereby becomes a reference project for all participants as their names appear in the credit.

3. Every participant becomes a member of SMS Media Group and thereby has opportunity to feature in all SMS Multimedia Films.

4. Professional and technical support to participants who are interested in producing their own movies with a low budget.

5. Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals the nitty-gritty of movie making from scripting to editing.

LECTURERS

1. Dele Odule: This University of Ibadan graduate of Theatre Arts came into acting 34 years ago. He has featured in over 300 films among which are Ti Oluwa ni Ile and Wale Adenuga's Super Stories. He is a film and stage director, producer, actor and consultant who have over fifteen movies to his credit as the producer. His experience cut across both Yoruba and English genres of film production.

2. 
   Tilewa Adeyinka: She has a Master’s degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan. She is a professional actress, make-up artist and costumier both in stage and film productions. This veteran media practitioner currently teaches Costume, Make-up and Music Theatre at the Department of Theatre Arts, University of Ibadan.

3. 
   Steve Aluko: He is a Tutor, Writer, Producer, Videographer and Sound Engineer. He has worked in film, video and television industries for almost 20years, trained in the UK as a Videographer and sound Engineer, he has a long and distinguished working career with the BBC London as a Creative Art Producer and Film Production crew member.

4. 
   Seyi Akanbi: He studied Theatre and Media Arts from University of Ibadan. He has written, produced and directed several movies in Nigeria. He is the producer of the popu1ar home videos 'Ninu Aye, Awoye and O'Ri Bakan among others. He was nominated for International Young Screen Entrepreneur of the Year Award oragnised by British Council in 2008.

5. 
   Doyin Hassan: Veteran actor and a theatre icon, Doyin Hassan; has a doctorate degree in Theatre Arts and he is a lecturer at the department of Theatre Arts, Lagos State University. He has featured in many awardwinning movies among which are Saworo Ide, Sango, Arewa and Wounded Hearts.
   

COST
Form: N2500
Training Fee: N20 000. The fee covers tuition, practical, training module for each course and certificate of participation.

Equipment and Facilities
Necessary and relevant equipments are available for compulsory projects/practical and personal productions can be undertaken at nominal and affordable rates. The facilities include:

1. Fully equipped Visual and Audio studios
2. Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro edit systems
3. 16mm motion picture cameras
4. HD and MiniDV digital video cameras
5. A Multimedia Projector

While we have access to other equipments required for productions, including dolly, a professional jib arm, tracks and assorted grip accessories.
